In 1997, Vreba-Hoff Dairy, LLC was formed to build a state-of-the-art 3,000-cow dairy facility. This venture is unique in its origins because it brought together two dairy farm families operating on opposite sides of the Atlantic Ocean. By drawing upon their combined experiences and expertise in dairy operation, the two families were able to integrate dairy innovations from both the Netherlands and the United States.

Following the development of the dairy, the business recognized an opportunity to meet the demand of Dutch dairy producers desiring to construct new dairy enterprises and established Vreba-Hoff Dairy Development LLC in 1998.

Since then, Vreba-Hoff Dairy Development has successfully brokered several new dairy enterprises and through the process realized there was another unserved need in the market - large-scale dairy facility leases. After further researching the market, Vreba-Hoff Dairy Leasing was established in 2000 to provide dairy producers with alternatives to traditional bank financing.

Vreba-Hoff has also partnered with Agrotransfer Emigration Services in the Netherlands to provide a training program for families preparing to immigrate to the US. The training program includes courses such as language, culture, and management.
